About Me

I’m from Southwest Michigan, where I was first introduced to massage therapy while seeking treatment for headaches. The power of healing touch changed my life, and I knew I needed to be a part of that healing for others. While completing the Professional Massage Training Program at The Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts (Now Institute for Massage Education at KCHA), I was introduced to the basics of Craniosacral Therapy and its gentle encouragement for self-healing. I then finished my Bachelors of Arts Degree at Western Michigan University and relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2008.

Once established in Seattle, I returned to massage training to gain Washington State licensure, graduating from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2010. From there I found my Craniosacral Therapy home at Bastyr University’s Craniosacral Therapy Certification Program, studying under Nancy Witt, PT, CST-D and Einat Arian, ND, CST-D.  Since certifying in 2015, I have been a teaching assistant for the program and have taken on the mentorship for other students completing the certification program with Nancy’s retirement. I have also taken advanced craniosacral training from Dr. Arian and Etienne Peirsman.

I maintain a craniosacral and massage therapy practice in Seattle, WA. In my spare time, I enjoy drinking coffee, knitting, and snuggling my cats.
